The building was first built in 1891 as a 1 story general storage place, after the second floor was built it was used for storing tobacco and owners lived upstairs. The bulding was restorated at the beginning of 2007 keeping most of the original features . The main walls of the building were made from local stones measuring 70cm wide, for the ceiling and beams they used chesnut tree which was imported from Cios Island. The windows are 2 metres high, made of steel and decorated with led. Our hotel has 4 rooms with air conditioning, a cafe and a roof top terrace where you can enjoy the views of alacati.
